Sam Beresford was working for me for a short time at the George Inn, Jd Wetherspoon, Littlehampton. During my time working with Sam he displayed great knowledge, willingness to learn and adapt himself to the needs of our business. He gained himself a promotion to team leader within 8 months of working here.

Sam’s punctuality and attendance was always 100%, he continuously looked to improve himself and in doing so the gaining commitment from other staff members and customers here.

He was very good at managing change, from a previous manager working above him to myself with different styles of management and the way we do things. He always took on board any changes I made and was helpful in making suggestions to improve the business.

His team work was fantastic as was his ability to work by himself when needed, through organisation and hard work he quickly stood out to me from the beginning.

I would happily welcome Sam back to work for me if and whenever he wanted to.
